Go to US Airways and sign up to be a dividend member. On the first page, under where you enter your email, there's a box for a promo code. Use code NM15. This will get you 1500 bonus miles. It can take up to 48 hours to get them. When you are ready to trade them in, go to the website, click "Dividend miles", then "use miles". You'll see a link that says subscriptions, click magazine. You can trade your bonus miles for your choice of several magazines including Entertainmant Weekly or Sports Illustrated. (Money, Golf World, and some others are also available).
